Using a 3D globe and a rapid profiling questionnaire, the application helps travellers navigate complex flavour profiles and accelerates the path to purchase. This immersive digital experience translates the heritage of global distilleries into a user-friendly interface, ensuring both novices and connoisseurs can find their perfect selection with ease.

The primary challenge was to bridge the gap between the intricate world of whisky and the time-sensitive nature of airport retail. We needed to design a solution that could manage crowd engagement during peak hours while providing personalised, expert-level guidance to every visitor – regardless of their prior knowledge.

To address the bustle of the Moscow terminal, we integrated the digital interface directly into the boutique’s physical layout, effectively creating a dedicated zone for exploration.
