Panasonic Next VR

A decade-long partnership culminated in the launch of Panasonic’s NEXT most ambitious in-flight entertainment and communications platform. Leveraging our background in architectural visualisation, we developed a high-fidelity VR experience that allowed global airlines to inhabit the future of aviation. This immersive digital experience translates technical complexity into a sensory journey, showcasing a seamless integration of hardware and software designed to elevate the passenger experience.

Task

Deliver a sophisticated VR launch experience for Panasonic’s newest IFEC solution, allowing stakeholders to visualise the platform’s power and connectivity.

Challenge

Visualising the intangible at scale.

The primary obstacle was the sheer complexity of the NEXT platform. Panasonic required a way to demonstrate a sophisticated ecosystem of hardware and software without relying on static displays or abstract technical data. The challenge was to create a medium that could communicate the ‘feeling’ of a premium cabin environment to global stakeholders, ensuring the platform’s innovative features were not just seen, but experienced as a cohesive, luxury environment.

Solution

A curated transition from the physical to the digital.

To elevate the platform’s presence at global trade shows, we strategically embedded the experience within the physical booth architecture. By aligning the digital environment with the exhibition design, we created a seamless transition for visitors – moving them from the exhibition floor into a curated, immersive cabin experience that felt both intuitive and grounded.

This state-of-the-art VR medium allowed for a world-class product to be paired with an equally sophisticated narrative, enabling staff and customers alike to experience the quality and serenity of the NEXT platform in an involving and transformative way.
