Qatar Airways: interactive Seat Viewer

Qatar Airways partnered with Neutral Digital to create a high-fidelity, interactive seat visualisation system that brings unprecedented clarity and confidence to the booking experience. Leveraging the existing QVerse platform and 3D models, the Seat Viewer is a web framework allowing passengers to explore individual seats across cabins and aircraft types, transforming seat selection from a static decision into an informed, visual experience during their booking flow.
Task
Create an immersive, high-fidelity 360° viewer for every individual seat, enabling passengers to preview their exact environment with clarity and confidence during the booking process.
Neutral Digital developed a comprehensive 360° seat visualisation platform that integrates directly with Qatar Airways’ booking ecosystem. Each seat is represented through detailed three-dimensional modelling and rendered with photographic realism, allowing passengers to explore their exact seat position, orientation, and surroundings.
By bridging the gap between digital booking and physical experience, the platform enables travellers to make confident and informed choices, reinforcing trust and aligning expectations with reality.
Neutral Digital produced a complete library of high-fidelity 3D seat models and 360° visual assets, covering multiple cabin classes and aircraft configurations. Each view captures the precise spatial and material characteristics of the cabin, ensuring consistency with the airline’s premium brand standards.
The result is a scalable system that supports both operational efficiency and marketing value, with visual assets that can be reused across digital channels and future aircraft programmes.
