Communicating exclusivity to a global audience

In its physical form, the Louis Vuitton Lounge remains accessible only to a select group of Qatar Airways’ most premium travellers. For the airline, the objective was to communicate the beauty, atmosphere and intricate detail of the space to a far wider audience, without diminishing the authenticity that defines the core experience.

The brief required a faithful digital recreation that would capture every element of the environment, alongside its seamless integration into the expanding Qverse platform, giving global audiences access to a space they would otherwise never have the opportunity to enter.

Bringing every detail to life

To recreate the lounge with the highest degree of accuracy, Neutral Digital employed a combination of photogrammetry and traditional survey techniques. Extensive reference capture and advanced 3D modelling workflows ensured that every element of the environment was represented with exceptional fidelity.

From the monogrammed furnishings commissioned exclusively for the space and the curated artworks to the warm lighting and distinctive material finishes, every aspect of the lounge was recreated to preserve what makes it distinctive in its physical form.

Seamless exploration across web and virtual reality

The experience was developed for both web and virtual reality platforms, allowing users to explore the lounge across multiple environments. Within the virtual reality application, guests can navigate freely using intuitive teleportation mechanics. Web users can discover the space through interactive hotspots and immersive 360-degree viewpoints.

The result is a digital environment that communicates the precise atmosphere and detail of the Louis Vuitton Lounge to audiences anywhere in the world, including those who may never have the opportunity to visit the physical installation in person.

An environment defined by its details

The lounge draws upon Louis Vuitton’s signature design language, featuring monogrammed surfaces, bespoke furniture and curated artworks set within a considered architectural environment that reflects the brand’s balance of heritage and modernity.

Complementing the interiors is an exclusive à la carte menu curated by three-Michelin-star chef Yannick Alléno: an premium offering that extends the brand experience beyond the physical space, ensuring that every aspect of a guest’s time in the lounge reflects the identical standard of quality.
