We designed and delivered a dynamic, immersive exhibition environment for Yas Island at ATM 2025, engineered to reflect the brand’s core values of thrill, luxury, and innovation. Through a sophisticated blend of fluid architecture and high-impact digital integration, the stand provided a premium, tech-forward experience that captivated global travel professionals. The result was a definitive physical presence that successfully elevated Yas Island’s status as a world-leading destination.

Task

To create an immersive, large-scale exhibition stand that showcases the breadth of Yas Island’s world-class attractions within a single, cohesive brand experience.

Challenge

Unifying a diverse world of attractions.

The primary objective was to consolidate the distinct identities of Ferrari World, Yas Waterworld, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, and Warner Bros. World into a unified architectural narrative. We needed to design a space that could handle high visitor volumes while ensuring each sub-brand retained its unique impact. The challenge lay in balancing intense, high-energy activations with a sense of premium luxury, ensuring the stand remained an inviting space for high-level business engagement amidst the bustle of a major trade show.
Solution

Fluid architecture meets immersive storytelling.

To bridge the gap between thrill and sophistication, we developed a design language defined by fluid, organic architecture and a monumental immersive LED ceiling installation. This digital canopy served as the stand’s heartbeat, synchronising atmospheric visuals that transitioned seamlessly between the various island attractions. By weaving interactive zones into the physical footprint, we allowed visitors to engage deeply with each world-class theme park through a lens of curated technology.

Asics, a renowned Japanese shoe brand, has established a significant presence in the Middle East, particularly resonating with urban culture and a youthful audience. Our strategic approach focused. thoughtful design and production to create engaging experience zones at prominent events like the BRED Festival. These initiatives have been highly impactful, enhancing the brand's image and solidifying its market position.

ASUS Exhibition Stand​

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Built with metal mesh and framing, the stand delivered a modern, industrial look that aligned with ASUS's identity. The layout featured a reception counter, product displays, server placement, meeting room, and storage area. LED screens and interactive touch tabs enhanced engagement, creating a functional yet immersive space to showcase ASUS innovation.

Barakat Stand

Gulf Food, United Arab Emirates​

We designed and built a two-storey stand for Barakat at Gulfood, blending functionality with bold brand presence. Featuring a large digital screen, product display zones, a welcoming reception, and a dedicated meeting area, the stand reflected Barakat's identity through vibrant graphics and brand-aligned colors- creating a standout presence on the show floor.

Warner Bros. Comicon 2024​

Comicon 2024 | Abu Dhabi, UAE

For Comic Con 2024 in Abu Dhabi, we designed an immersive Batman Cave stand featuring a retail zone for exclusive merchandise, a photo-op area for fans, and a dramatic rooftop element where Batman could stand beside the glowing Bat-Signal. With its dark, cave-like aesthetic and interactive features, the stand successfully combined brand storytelling with fan engagement and was approved as the final concept.

Warner Bros. Comicon 2025

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Our Warner Bros World stand for Comic Con 2025 was designed as a fully immersive experience inspired by the DC Universe, featuring a wraparound Kryptonite-themed Metropolis skyline, dynamic Batmobile drift scene, and interactive photo ops. Complete with special effects, a retail zone, and a meet & greet area-all under vibrant Warner Bros branding-this high-impact stand delivered maximum fan engagement at Comic Con 2025.​

We designed and delivered a striking booth for ALDAR, featuring a clean white structure set on a vibrant green lawn. Key elements included a LED screen showcasing a golf course, a vertical garden, and a city skyline view, all brought together with 5 interactive activations. The space blended innovation and nature, reflecting ALDAR’s vision of premium, sustainable living.

We brought Abu Dhabi’s cultural heritage to life through a modern, architecturally detailed exhibition stand built in Germany for ADIO. Designed with a dark, elegant palette, the space featured intricate geometric patterns, portraits, interactive screens, lush greenery, and dedicated meeting areas. Every element-from the aesthetic corners to the custom graphics was crafted in line with ADIO’s brand identity, offering visitors a refined and immersive experience.
